Active and associate memberships require a $30 annual fee when paid before March 15th, 2014 and a $50 annual fee thereafter. Student memberships are half price. Honorary and lifetime memberships carry no fee but must be approved by the North Dakota Building Officials’ Executive Committee.

Time Names Bismarck The Town the Recession Missed

Time Magazine has published an article about Bismarck and North Dakota in general entitled The Town the Recession Missed. The article mentions the strength of Bismarck’s housing market and the low unemployment rate that North Dakota has enjoyed in contrast with most of the nation.
